Accommodation is set in a rambling and sensitively restored farmhouse among extensive flower beds and vineyard, rose garden, walks, native animals, Rosefield alpacas, taste pinot grapes ripe on the vine (April 2012). It's only a short stroll from the beach at Trial Bay, Kettering, Tasmania. We are only minutes from well know regional restaurant Peppermint Bay and the terminal for the Bruny Island Ferry which takes vehicles and passengers to and from Bruny Island several times each day for a round trip cost of between $30 and $35 depending on the season.

The surrounding area provides a host of opportunities for nature loves and adventure tourists, gourmet cuisine, great country coffee-shops, one hidden in the bush, and scenic shots to fill your memory (and your camera!)
